Exchange Family Center (EFC) seeks a passionate, visionary, and ambitious leader to serve as its next Executive Director. This is an amazing opportunity for an executive-level leader to serve as the chief strategist and galvanizer toward our vision for a community where all children are safe – physically and emotionally – and have the resources and support to guide them and their caregivers through life’s difficult moments.

The Executive Director is responsible for the leadership and overall management of EFC, including strategic direction and mission impact; board relations; agency culture and staff development; financial stewardship; community relations and leadership; agency operations; and teamwork. It is the Executive Director’s charge to create the conditions that support strong performance and outcomes in each of these arenas, recognizing that emphasis may shift depending on evolving community needs, organizational demands, and as aligned with EFC’s strategic priorities.

EFC offers a competitive salary (hiring range is $92,500 to $107,500) and a robust benefits package. EFC is proactively seeking diverse candidates.
