Alliance of AIDS Services Carolina Hires New Deputy Director of Finance
(Raleigh, NC -- August 2010) The Alliance of AIDS Services - Carolina recently hired Krystyna Powierza as its new Deputy Director of Finance. In this role, Ms. Powierza will work with the Director of Finance/HR in the day to day financial operations and grant billing and tracking to maximize the return on financial assets and ensure legal and regulatory compliance for accounting and financial reporting functions.
Ms. Powierza comes to AAS-C with an accounting background, most recently working as an accountant with Senior Services, Inc. She received her associate degree in Accounting and Finance Administration in 1994 from the Confederation College of Applied Arts and Technology in Thunder Bay, Ontario. She lives in the Triangle area.
