Our services offer you information and resources to ensure the right hire. We provide all of the information you need to make your decision in a format convenient to share with your team, compare applicants and candidates, and decide whom to interview.
We view the continuum of a search as encompassing three primary phases. Each phase builds upon, and includes, the services of the previous phase(s). We are available for as little or as much of the continuum as suits your needs. The three phases and their associated activities include:
Search Planning and Preparation
- Assess organizational needs and identify recommended hiring infrastructure and process
- Develop the search plan
- Define and document the role including a position profile, 3-5 priority qualifications and interview questions
- Recommend posting locations and develop ads
Applicant Pool Development and Ranking
- The above services, and
- Post ads, receive resumes and leverage network sources to identify additional Applicants
- Create Applicant pool
- Assess and rank Applicants based on identified priority qualifications
- Present Applicants to Client
Candidate Evaluation and Selection
- The above services, and
- Select top 3 Candidates from Applicant pool
- Conduct in-depth screening on each Candidate
- Contact 3 references per Candidate
- Present Candidates information to Client
- Support the interview process
- Negotiate Hire
The fees for our services represent this cumulative approach as well, and are based on your needs. We can be involved to the degree you prefer, from establishing the framework for you to implement, to participating in every step of the search until you hire. We are always available to you for questions, and we will update you throughout the process. The particulars of your search will be modified to meet your requirements. Typically, the standard search lasts 2-6 months.
